Mike's path into aggregates started in commercial construction project management, where he first encountered the industry reviewing concrete and asphalt mix designs. When the chance came to join full time, he took it, starting as a project manager for water management systems before moving into business development for the aftermarket segment. Over five years, an MBA, and a team that grew from four to fourteen, he came to understand what the industry demands of the people who support producers. Mike, his wife, and their two girls are grateful for the opportunities ahead.
